the application is not responding. For the touch sensitivity, I hope you left Auto-
Rotate ON . Can you try the process again with the unit upside-down ?
As it relates to the application, I assume you have an up to date subscription, and are
running the latest version of the app.
Can you please record a YouTube video of the issue with your phone and post the link
here? I'd be curious to see and fully understand your issue.
